Open letter to the ACU

The following is the missive I sent via email to the American Conservative Union this morning after reading this post at American Thinker by Pamela Geller.

In my archives is another open letter to the ACU from about this same time last year regarding their connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, but Pamela covers it very well at the AT post. God bless her.

My letter:

The continued membership of persons with direct connections to the Muslim Brotherhood gives the impression that this once conservative organization is now nothing more than an enabler of the atrocities committed by Islamists across the globe, and a shill for the MB in the USA.

The ACU has lost all credibility with conservatives in this country who are concerned with the infiltration of our government by Muslims who are all wholly owned by the MB and its agenda of jihad against the west.

Make no mistake that the actions of the ACU to attempt to silence any speech at CPAC regarding the very real threat of jihad and Shari'a Law in the USA will be noted at blogs all across the internet.

There is no middle ground on which the Constitution of the USA and Islamic Shari'a Law can meet. The two systems are completely incompatible, and the American people will not allow the Constitution which board member, Ambassador John Bolton, has stated is the "highest law of the land" to be usurped by the barbarism which is Shari'a Law.

The ACU should either ditch the connections to the MB or change its stated mission to reflect its submission to Islam.

Senate wants drones in US air space in 3 years

There is much reporting on the bill passed by the Senate yesterday which requires that the FAA make it possible for unmanned drones to fly "safely" in US air space in 3 years. You can read about it here or here, or even here, but the third link to the article at UPI was the one I read first and the paragraph that grabbed my attention was:

Moak issued the warning in response to the U.S. Senate's passage Monday of legislation requiring the Federal Aviation Administration to come up with ways for drones to fly safely in U.S. skies in three years.

Somehow the fact that it is the Senate pushing this idea and the time frame that they are putting on it leaves me quite uncomfortable. I don't believe in coincidence.

Because I have followed the Obama eligibility case in Georgia from beginning to bitter end, and because I have read every word that Judge Malihi wrote prior to the hearings, watched every second of the hearings, and read every word that the judge wrote in his decision I know this article to be an accurate representation of the facts of that case.

It is a crying shame that the only news organization in the world who will report accurately on this case is Pravda.

Georgia Judge Michael Malihi is a cowardly traitor

Friday, February 3, 2012, for some kind of a bribe or because he was threatened, Georgia Judge Michael Malihi sold out his country and defecated on the constitution of The United States of America.

As an Administrative law judge in the State of Georgia, a case was presented to him to have Barack Obama removed from the ballot to run for President in the State of Georgia.

His actions have set precedence in American law that if a person is charged with a crime, the best defense, is to not show up for court. Law schools may now offer a course in "The Obama Defense".

Three separate legal teams presented evidence and witnesses to show that Obama is not eligible to run for President because he is not a natural born citizen. Obama produced no evidence, no witnesses and both he and his lawyer failed to show up for court in violation of a subpoena to do so.

Forget about what we think, whether he is, or is not a natural born citizen. Opinions don't count. Only evidence and witnesses count. But we're not dealing with rational minds in this case. We never have.

Judge Michael Malihi violated a basic rule of legal interpretation in his ruling. He violated our earliest Supreme Court ruling on how to interpret the Constitution. He ignored evidence. He ignored witnesses. He ignored earlier Supreme Court rulings establishing that the term "natural born citizen" means, one who is born in America to two American citizen parents.

The most telling sign that he was either bribed or threatened shows up in his own actions, of violating his own rulings, just four weeks apart, on the same case.

"His opinion holds that the 14th has the exact same effect as the natural-born citizen clause, while the 14th Amendment does not include the words "natural born Citizen". Persons claiming citizenship under the 14th Amendment are deemed to be "citizens". Malihi has added the words "natural born" into the Amendment. This is absolutely forbidden, according to Malihi's own opinion in the Motion to dismiss, wherein he held: "In the absence of words of limitation, words in a statute should be given their ordinary and everyday meaning.' Because there is no other 'natural and reasonable construction' of the statutory language, this Court is 'not authorized either to read into or to read out that which would add to or change its meaning.' "

In other words, he claimed one thing on January 3, 2012 and on February 3, 2012 he wrote the exact opposite. Why would any sane man do such a thing?

The question of Obama being eligible is a legal issue. It is also a political issue. Since America is not a "Nation of Laws" as the politicians hype. It is a Nation of Establishment. The Establishment, through their corrupted politicians make the rules and the rules change according to who they are for. And in politics, anywhere in the World, all through history, the three most effective tools are bribery, extortion and murder.

It is impossible to believe, that Judge Michael Malihi, himself, believed, he was following the constitution and legal precedent. He knows he's a crook. He knows he's a liar. He knows, that in his ancestral home country, that unlike America, he would have his head chopped off for what he did.

He ignored the Constitution and at least three US Supreme Court rulings, defining Natural born citizen as one who is born in America to two citizen parents. He ignored the Law of Nations, that the founders of this country used to draft our constitution. He ignored the countless letters, written back and forth by our founders, defining natural born citizen and their reasons for why they would only accept a natural born citizen as their President.

IT IS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT A SPINELESS, COWARDLY, TRAITOROUS, SATANIC SNAKE IN THE GRASS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY TELLING US HOW TO LIVE!

The lawyers asking to keep Obama off the ballot presented evidence and witnesses. Obama showed nothing. Didn't even come. Ignored a court order. And Judge Micahel Malihi ruled in the criminal's favor.

Imagine a boy comes to his father and says his brother hit him. He has no bruises and no witnesses. The father confronts the brother, who proves that he was in school at the time. Friends and teachers vouch for his attendence and show the father a picture of him in class. The father punishes him anyway and takes the lying brother out for ice cream and toy shopping.

Judge Michael Malihi cited cases that have absolutley nothing to do with the subject matter and he totally disregarded any evidence or witnesses.

"But there is no evidence before the Court that Obama was born in the United States. The court can only rest its finding of fact on evidence that is part of the court record. The judge tells us that he decided the merits of the plaintiffs' claims. But he does not tell us in his decision what evidence he relied upon to "consider[]" that Obama was born in the United States.

The judge "considered" that Obama was born in the United States. What does "considered" mean?

Clearly, it is not enough for a court to consider evidence or law. It must make a finding after having considered facts and law. The judge simply does not commit to any finding as to where Obama was born. Using the word "considered" is a cop out from actually addressing the issue.

Additionally, we know from his decision that neither Obama nor his attorney appeared at the hearing let alone introduced any evidence of Obama's place of birth. We also know from the decision that the judge ruled that plaintiffs' documents introduced into evidence were "of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support Plaintiff's allegations."

Surely, the court did not use those "insufficient" documents as evidence of Obama's place of birth. Nor does the judge tell us that he used those documents for any such purpose. The judge also does not tell us that the court took any judicial notice of any evidence (not to imply that it could).

The judge did find that Obama has been certified by the state executive committee of a political party. But with the rules of evidence of superior court applying, this finding does not establish anyone's place of birth.

Hence, what evidence did the judge have to rule that Obama is born in the United States? The answer is none."

Mario Apuzzo continues with well documented legal facts: "Presidential eligibility is a national issue. Under our Constitution, like the States do not have power to naturalize citizens, they also do not have power to change, add, or diminish the meaning of an Article II "natural born Citizen."

The U.S. Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett (1875) already has told us that there was no doubt as to who could be a "natural born Citizen." In fact, there was absolutely no evidence before the court [Malihi] that Obama was born in Hawaii. And as we have seen, there was also absolutely no evidence before Judge Malihi showing the Obama was born in the United States.

The court never addressed the question of whether he was born in Hawaii. No evidence was presented to the court whether he was "born within the borders of the United States." The court never even examined that issue.

Hence, its statement that "persons born within the borders of the United States are 'natural born Citizens' for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents" does not prove that Obama was, in fact, born within the borders of the United States" and that he is therefore a "natural born Citizen."

I would like to interrupt at this point, but Mr. Apuzzo is on a roll,

"Judge Malihi has not made any findings of fact concerning the question of where Obama was born.

Obama the candidate wants to be President again. Under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, Obama has the burden of proof to conclusively prove that he is a "natural born Citizen." As part of that burden, he has to conclusively prove that he was born in the United States.

Neither Obama nor his attorney appeared at the hearing to present any evidence on the issue.

Judge Malihi found the plaintiffs' documentary evidence to be insufficient for whatever purposes it could have been used. Nor did he find that that evidence, which includes a paper copy of the computer scan of Obama's alleged long form birth certificate, to be sufficient to prove that Obama was born in Hawaii.

We can see from the exact words used by Judge Malihi that Obama has failed to carry his burden to conclusively prove that he was born in the United States.

Judge Malihi said that he "considered" that Obama was born in the United States. We do not know what this means and it appears that Judge Malihi attempts to avoid the issue of whether he found that Obama was born in the United States.

Clearly, "considered" does not mean "found".

Since Obama failed to carry his burden of proof as to his place of birth and Judge Malihi's decision actually confirms that fact, the Georgia Secretary of State should reject Judge Malihi's decision and rule on his own that Obama not be placed on the primary ballot.

Finally, Judge Malihi incorrectly reads [the case of] Wong Kim Ark and gives controlling effect to that incorrect reading.

The time-honored American common law definition of the clause is a child born in the country to citizen parents.

There is no dispute that Obama was born to a non-U.S. citizen father (his father was a British citizen) and U.S. citizen mother. Being born to an alien father, Obama also inherited his father's British citizenship under the British Nationality Act 1948.

All this demonstrates that Obama was not born in the full and complete legal, political, and military allegiance and jurisdiction of the United States. He is therefore not an Article II "natural born Citizen" and cannot be placed on the Georgia primary ballot."

Now I can intrude again.

Judge Michael Malihi issued his decision late in the day on a Friday. By doing this, he effectively isolates himself from any criticism, until Monday morning. Come Monday, I am sure that he will be hiding behind the skirts of his office staff.

He is not ignorant of what he has done. He turned his back on all that we cherish for a few bucks or because he is scared to death of whoever made him "an offer he can't refuse".

This weasel of a man betrayed his country, reneged on his oath of office, insulted the dignity of his profession, corrupted the legal system and by his conscious act of disloyalty to his associates, he has subjected them all to scorn and ridicule. If any of his co-workers have a conscience, they would hang their heads in shame and be embarrassed to frequent any of the businesses where they eat and shop.

Merchants in Atlanta should refuse to serve them. Businesses should refuse to sell them food, gasoline, clothes and should especially not sell them any tools of their trade such as pens, paper, computers or printers.

In his well thought out plans, setting his signature to that decision is nothing less than admitted treason.

In the interest of public safety I would like to request of all who are aware of this stinking rotten judge's actions, to please refrain from mugging the low down lying cockroach, throwing rocks at this dog's house, slapping this treasonous corrupt scoundrel's children, spitting on this disgusting animal's wife, to just go directly to the whorse's mouth. Give him a call or stop in to see him, for a polite civilized discussion, on why he chose to turn his back on the country that provided the means for him to be in the position he is in.

I am sure that he would want to hear from the people who pay his salary, who put food in his family's stomachs and puts clothes on their backs. Naturally, he would want to thank you personally.

To say that America is in crisis is a gross understatement, but for all of the economic woes, and divisions created by the corruption of our current administration people are missing the larger threat which has only gained in momentum and strength since 9/11.

Muslims may be in the minority in this country, but their infrastructure is solid, and their attempts at infiltrating every part of our government have been successful. This minority has a single purpose, and that purpose is written in the Koran, in history, and in current events throughout the world.

It is mind boggling to me that we have allowed a so called religion to make a mockery of our Constitution, derail our military with ridiculous ROE that only our military are subjected to in order to curry favor with the enemy they are fighting, and that we have allowed textbooks into our schools which completely distort Islam’s history to that of being the persecuted as opposed to the truth that they are the persecutors of anyone who does not bend to their will. The textbooks also portray the history of Israel and Christianity in a false and bad manner.

It seems that there is a mass case of denial regarding this evil threat. So much so that our so called protective institutions have been ordered to remove all references to Islam in connection to terrorist activities regardless of the fact that most terrorist acts are carried out by Muslims in accordance with the teachings of the Koran.

The evidence is abundant and is as easy as clicking a link here or there, and spending a little time getting to “know your enemy.” Make no mistake about it - Islam is the greatest threat to our way of life, and if we don’t do something to stop it we will be committing suicide by Islam.

UPDATE

Something that I forgot to mention that is very telling about the extremes we will go to in order to appease the Muslims of the world is the fact that Wycliffe Bible Translators, the Summer Institute of Linguistics and Frontier are offering Muslim friendly translations of the Bible in which all references to the Trinity are removed and references to the Father and the Son are nonexistent.

This is totally unacceptable, but I know of at least one Baptist pastor in the loveliest village of Auburn, Alabama who is probably celebrating the changes. Another one of the great mysteries of life is how James Evans ever became a Southern Baptist preacher.

It's been a very interesting morning. I didn't attend the court hearings in Atlanta, Georgia, regarding the eligibility of Barack Obama to be on the state ballot for the November election, but I was lucky enough to be able to watch the proceedings right here at home compliments of Curmudgeonly & Skeptical and Article II Political Action Committee.

After the first 2 presentations it was Orly Taitz' turn. I now understand why the attorneys asked that the cases be severed. God bless Orly Taitz for everything she has done and continues to do, but please keep her out of the courtroom. Her research and witnesses are top notch, but her presence in court leaves something to be desired. She has a very thick Russian accent which makes it difficult to understand her at times, and she seems terribly confused. I think she needs to take a break and get some rest. I have nothing but admiration for her determination and her love for this country.

Re: Georgia Presidential Preference Primary Hearings
Dear Secretary Kemp:
This is to advise you of serious problems that have developed in the conduct of the hearings pending before the Office of State Administrative Hearings. At issue in these hearings are challenges that allege that President Obama is not eligible to hold or run for re-election to his office, on the now wholly discredited theory that he does not meet the citizenship requirements. As you know, such allegations have been the subject of numerous judicial proceedings around the country, all of which have concluded that they were baseless and, in some instances – including in the State of Georgia – that those bringing the challenges have engaged in sanctionable abuse of our legal process.
Nonetheless, the Administrative Law Judge has exercised no control whatsoever over this proceeding, and it threatens to degenerate into a pure forum for political posturing to the detriment of the reputation of the State and your Office. Rather than bring this matter to a rapid conclusion, the ALJ has insisted on agreeing to a day of hearings, and on the full participation of the President in his capacity as a candidate. Only last week, he denied a Motion to Quash a subpoena he approved on the request of plaintiff’s counsel for the personal appearance of the President at the hearing, now scheduled for January 26.
For these reasons, and as discussed briefly below, you should bring an end to this baseless, costly and unproductive hearing by withdrawing the original hearing request as improvidently issued.
It is well established that there is no legitimate issue here—a conclusion validated time and again by courts around the country. The State of Hawaii produced official records documenting birth there; the President made documents available to the general public by placing them on his website. “Under the United States Constitution, a public record of a state is required to be given ‘full faith and credit’ by all other states in the country. Even if a state were to require its election officials for the first time ever to receive a ‘birth certificate’ as a requirement for a federal candidate’s ballot placement, a document certified by another state, such as a ‘short form’ birth certificate, or the certified long form, would be required to be accepted by all states under the ‘full faith and credit’ clause of the United States Constitution.” Maskell, “Qualifications for President and the “Natural Born” Citizenship Eligibility Requirement,” Congressional Research Service (November 14, 2011), p.41.
Nonetheless, the ALJ has decided, for whatever reason, to lend assistance through his office—and by extension, yours—to the political and legally groundless tactics of the plaintiffs. One of the attorneys for the plaintiffs has downloaded form subpoenas which she tried to serve around the country. Plaintiff’s attorney sent subpoenas seeking to force attendance by an office machine salesman in Seattle; seeking to force the United States Attorney to bring an unnamed “Custodian of Records Department of Homeland Security” to attend the hearing with immunization records; and asking the same U.S. Attorney to bring the same records allegedly possessed by “Custodian of Records of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.” She served subpoenas attempting to compel the production of documents and the attendance of Susan Daniels and John Daniels, both apparently out of state witnesses, regarding Social Security records. She is seeking to compel the Director of Health for the State of Hawaii to bring to Atlanta the “original typewritten 1961 birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama, II, issued 08.08.1961 by Dr. David Sinclair…,” even though Hawaii courts had dismissed with prejudice the last attempt to force release of confidential records on November 9, 2011. Taitz v. Fuddy, CA No. 11-1-1731-08 RAN.
In Rhodes v. McDonald, 670 F. Supp. 2d 1363, 1365 (USDC MD GA, 2009), Judge Clay Land wrote this of plaintiff’s attorney:
When a lawyer files complaints and motions without a reasonable basis for believing that they are supported by existing law or a modification or extension of existing law, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer uses the courts as a platform for political agenda disconnected from any legitimate legal cause of action, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law….
As a national leader in the so-called ‘birther movement,’ Plaintiff’s counsel has attempted to use litigation to provide the ‘legal foundation’ for her political agenda. She seeks to use the Court’s power to compel discovery in her efforts force the President to produce a ‘birth certificate’ that is satisfactory to herself and her followers.” 670 F. Supp. 2d at 1366.
All issues were presented to your hearing officer—the clear-cut decision to be on the merits, and the flagrantly unethical and unprofessional conduct of counsel—and he has allowed the plaintiffs’ counsel to run amok. He has not even addressed these issues—choosing to ignore them. Perhaps he is aware that there is no credible response; perhaps he appreciates that the very demand made of his office—that it address constitutional issues—is by law not within its authority. See, for example, Flint River Mills v. Henry, 234 Ga. 385, 216 S.E.2d 895 (1975); Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 616-1-2-.22(3).
The Secretary of State should withdraw the hearing request as being improvidently issued. A referring agency may withdraw the request at any time. Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 616-1-2-.17(1). Indeed, regardless of the collapse of proceedings before the ALJ, the original hearing request was defective as a matter of law. Terry v. Handel, 08cv158774S (Superior Court Fulton County, 2008), appeal dismissed, No. S09D0284 (Ga. Supreme Court), reconsideration denied, No. S09A1373. (“The Secretary of State of Georgia is not given any authority that is discretionary nor any that is mandatory to refuse to allow someone to be listed as a candidate for President by a political party because she believes that the candidate might not be qualified.”) Similarly, no law gives the Secretary of State authority to determine the qualifications of someone named by a political party to be on the Presidential Preference Primary ballot. Your duty is determined by the statutory requirement that the Executive Committee of a political party name presidential preference primary candidates. O.C.G.A. § 21-2-193. Consequently, the attempt to hold hearings on qualifications which you may not enforce is ultra vires.
We await your taking the requested action, and as we do so, we will, of course, suspend further participation in these proceedings, including the hearing scheduled for January 26.

Politicians lie? Who knew?!!

Every day I get up and read news articles and blogs from all across the internet, and every day I end up sitting here with my mouth agape at the sheer stupidity of people in leadership positions.

Let me be clear in stating unequivocally that I am not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, so when noting the stupidity of our so called leaders I become completely terrified. Maybe I am naïve as well, but I expect our leadership to be smarter than I am, and hypocrisy is so unbecoming.

Of all the news reports this morning none caused the jaw drop like the one about Governor Scott Walker lying to get elected. Say what? Democrats accusing a Republican of lying to get elected? Really?!!

Forgive me if I am wrong, but isn’t it a requirement for politicians of all stripes to be consummate liars, and doesn’t our current resident of the White House who has a “D” beside his name lie near about every time he opens his mouth to speak?

It is a sad fact that ten plus years after the twin towers fell after being hit by airplanes, a plane crashed into the Pentagon, and a plane went down in a field in Pennsylvania resulting in the deaths of nearly 3,000 innocents in attacks planned and carried out by adherents to the teachings of Mohammed as written in the Koran that America has gone from tolerance of this evil known as Islam to near submission.

It is evident in the approach our pseudo president has taken in official US policy towards the nations in the Middle East with the exception of our only true ally in the region, Israel, it is evident in the actions of judiciary all across the nation who are incorporating Shari’a Law into our constitutional form of jurisprudence, and it is evident in our public education system in textbooks being used across the nation which promote Islam and denigrate Christianity and Judaism.

As a citizen of this country this is offensive and unacceptable to me. It has to be stopped.

Our children and grandchildren are being indoctrinated to accept Islam and Shari’a Law as valid American values. They are not.

Islam and Shari’a Law are not in any way compatible with our constitutional form of governance, and it should not be given any special status. Indeed it should be banned from this country. If Muslims wish to live here then they must assimilate to our way of life and doing things, but they are quite effective with the help of the leftists in our government and news media at playing the persecution card and receiving damned near everything they want because of the apologetic policies of the “Great Satan” which is the cause of all of their misfortunes globally.

How any right thinking person can fall for this is beyond my abilities to comprehend. The history of Islam is one of violence against every person who is not an adherent of the psychotic, barbaric teachings of a pretend prophet who himself was an evil, murderous, rapist, and pedophile who only received visitations from Gabriel when he was raping his child bride Ayisha. For the record, Ayisha never saw or heard Gabriel during these visitations. Mohammed married Ayisha when she was six years old, and consummated their relationship by raping her when she was the ripe old age of nine.

This is where Islam comes from. Every bit of this is documented history, so why in the world would any rational person call this religion, and why would any free, rational person adhere to the teachings contained in the Koran?

We have been lulled into this belief that the Islamists who carry out terrorist acts are the exception rather than the rule in Islam. Nothing could be further from the truth. Any so called “moderate” Muslims are the exception. They are the ones who do not publicly adhere to the teachings in the Koran while saying that they do. I guess someone forgot to tell them that the Koran has been translated into English. If one reads it one can plainly see that the “terrorists” are the ones who are truly adhering to the teachings of Mohammed as revealed in that unholy book.

I am not a scholar. I am not a historian. I am just a citizen who has the ability to read and comprehend what is written. What is written in the Koran is pure evil from the mind of a truly sick person gathered from scraps of writings collected after his death. There are no historical witness supported facts to be found anywhere in the Koran.

One of the best online sources to become acquainted with the actual history of Islam and its pedophile prophet is here. As a disclaimer of sorts I will tell you that this site is geared towards educating people who might be tempted to convert to Islam and contains some information that I am skeptical of, but the history presented and the testimonials from former Muslims are accurate, and should be read by every American.

I urge everyone to educate themselves, and to fight any further infiltration into our society of Muslims whose true intentions are to destroy our constitutional processes and replace them with Shari’a Law.

The goal of Islam is plain. It is not hidden. It is there for anyone to see in the writings of the Koran, and in the events transpiring in the ME and across the UK and Europe. The goal of Islam is to be the one dominant religion in the world, and true adherents to the religion of peace will stop at no horror to obtain that goal.

The events of 9/11 should have convinced everyone of this fact. Not Romney

I am not a pundit or a political analyst by any stretch of the imagination, but I am a voting citizen who is sick and tired of politics in this country.

I also have a stubborn streak a mile wide that rears its ugly head when someone tells me I “can’t” do something , or that I “must” do something. This does not apply to legal authority, but to most everything else with politics at the very top of that list.

In 2008 we went through this same song and dance with the Republicans and John McCain. Never again.

Republicans will not dictate who I vote for in the general election. If they offer a candidate I can support I will vote for that person. That person is not Mitt Romney. I will not support him, I won’t vote for him, and I am not the only conservative who feels this way according to comments I have read recently at some of the many online posts by pundits and political analysts who are attempting to shove Romney down our throats.

Do not tell me that I have to vote for Romney because he is the only one of the pathetic candidates we have to choose from who can beat Obama. Who says? Oh, right, the GOP says. Sorry GOP you have failed again.

Anyone who can hold their nose and vote for this man is not a true conservative and is not capable of making an independent decision. This attitude is why we are in the shape we are in now.

Except for the letters beside their names there is not a dime’s worth of difference between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama. What the hell kind of choice is that?!! We will still be going down the same road albeit a little slower with Romney than Obama.

I cannot vote without thinking of my father who was a hard core southern democrat before he died in Viet Nam at the age of 37. I can guarantee you that he would no longer be a southern democrat, and most likely would be a southern independent like me.

How do I know this? He was my father. I knew him for 12 years, and I knew his values. Also, he was a career Army NCO, and I know he would not appreciate the way the military has progressed due to politics since that day in July of 1967 when a land mine took his life.

In honor of my father’s memory I cannot and will not follow the herd being shepherded by the leftist media and the GOP.

My father was a leader not a follower, and thank God I had the privilege of learning how to stand up for my beliefs by his example.

If the GOP somehow manages to dump this absurd Romney or nobody attitude, and allows the process to work the way it is supposed to and we get a candidate besides Romney I will probably be able to vote unless it is Ron Paul or Jon Huntsman. Otherwise I will sit this one out. I will never vote for someone I don’t believe in again. It is as simple as that.

Slip of the tongue, or wishful thinking?

During the last presidential election I lost all respect for John McCain. He was in a position to shine a bright light on the mysteries surrounding Obama's origins, but decided instead to follow the MSM, and weak Republicans who were (and are) so afraid of being called racist that they would forever weaken the office of the presidency by ignoring the unconstitutionality of a dual citizen for the most powerful position in the free world.

Yesterday while campaigning for Mitt Romney in South Carolina in a speech in front of about 400 people McCain said,

"And so I am confident with the leadership and backing of the American people, President Obama will turn this country around."

Is this a simple slip of the tongue, or is it wishful thinking on the part of McCain who was Romney's rival in 2008?

I don't know, but I do know that I cannot and will not support Mitt Romney because he is the white version of Barack Obama politically. The man does not have a conservative bone in his body, and the GOP has lost its collective minds if they think this man can beat Obama.

It has taken years, but a federal judge in the great state of Georgia has finally set a hearing date on the issue of Obama's eligibility after rejecting the pseudo president's attorney's plea for dismissal of the case. It's hard to not be a little hopeful now that this fraud will be brought to justice along with everyone in government who aided and abetted his ascendancy to the Oval Office.

This is happening simultaneously with the actions of another community organizer in Arizona who is trying to force Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to resign while the sheriff is investigating the eligibility issue, and while a group of New Hampshire lawmakers are petitioning SCOTUS to investigate whether New Hampshire's Ballot Law Commission acted illegally by allowing Obama’s name on the New Hampshire ballot in 2008.

Are the protective walls around Obama crumbling?

In all this Cuban business there is one man stands out on the horizon of my memory like Mars at perihelion. When war broke out between Spain & the United States, it was very necessary to communicate quickly with the leader of the Insurgents. Garcia was somewhere in the mountain vastness of Cuba- no one knew where. No mail nor telegraph message could reach him. The President must secure his cooperation, and quickly.
What to do!
Some one said to the President, "There's a fellow by the name of Rowan will find Garcia for you, if anybody can."
Rowan was sent for and given a letter to be delivered to Garcia. How "the fellow by the name of Rowan" took the letter, sealed it up in an oil-skin pouch, strapped it over his heart, in four days landed by night off the coast of Cuba from an open boat, disappeared into the jungle, & in three weeks came out on the other side of the Island, having traversed a hostile country on foot, and delivered his letter to Garcia, are things I have no special desire now to tell in detail.
The point I wish to make is this: McKinley gave Rowan a letter to be delivered to Garcia; Rowan took the letter and did not ask, "Where is he at?" By the Eternal! there is a man whose form should be cast in deathless bronze and the statue placed in every college of the land. It is not book-learning young men need, nor instruction about this and that, but a stiffening of the vertebrae which will cause them to be loyal to a trust, to act promptly, concentrate their energies: do the thing- "Carry a message to Garcia!"
General Garcia is dead now, but there are other Garcias.
No man, who has endeavored to carry out an enterprise where many hands were needed, but has been well nigh appalled at times by the imbecility of the average man- the inability or unwillingness to concentrate on a thing and do it. Slip-shod assistance, foolish inattention, dowdy indifference, & half-hearted work seem the rule; and no man succeeds, unless by hook or crook, or threat, he forces or bribes other men to assist him; or mayhap, God in His goodness performs a miracle, & sends him an Angel of Light for an assistant. You, reader, put this matter to a test: You are sitting now in your office- six clerks are within call. Summon any one and make this request: "Please look in the encyclopedia and make a brief memorandum for me concerning the life of Correggio".
Will the clerk quietly say, "Yes, sir," and go do the task?
On your life, he will not. He will look at you out of a fishy eye and ask one or more of the following questions:

Of course I may lose my bet, but according to the Law of Average, I will not.

Now if you are wise you will not bother to explain to your "assistant" that Correggio is indexed under the C's, not in the K's, but you will smile sweetly and say, "Never mind," and go look it up yourself.
And this incapacity for independent action, this moral stupidity, this infirmity of the will, this unwillingness to cheerfully catch hold and lift, are the things that put pure Socialism so far into the future. If men will not act for themselves, what will they do when the benefit of their effort is for all? A first-mate with knotted club seems necessary; and the dread of getting "the bounce" Saturday night, holds many a worker to his place.
Advertise for a stenographer, and nine out of ten who apply, can neither spell nor punctuate- and do not think it necessary to.
Can such a one write a letter to Garcia?
"You see that bookkeeper," said the foreman to me in a large factory.

Can such a man be entrusted to carry a message to Garcia?
We have recently been hearing much maudlin sympathy expressed for the "downtrodden denizen of the sweat-shop" and the "homeless wanderer searching for honest employment," & with it all often go many hard words for the men in power.
Nothing is said about the employer who grows old before his time in a vain attempt to get frowsy ne'er-do-wells to do intelligent work; and his long patient striving with "help" that does nothing but loaf when his back is turned. In every store and factory there is a constant weeding-out process going on. The employer is constantly sending away "help" that have shown their incapacity to further the interests of the business, and others are being taken on. No matter how good times are, this sorting continues, only if times are hard and work is scarce, the sorting is done finer- but out and forever out, the incompetent and unworthy go. It is the survival of the fittest. Self-interest prompts every employer to keep the best- those who can carry a message to Garcia.
I know one man of really brilliant parts who has not the ability to manage a business of his own, and yet who is absolutely worthless to any one else, because he carries with him constantly the insane suspicion that his employer is oppressing, or intending to oppress him. He cannot give orders; and he will not receive them. Should a message be given him to take to Garcia, his answer would probably be, "Take it yourself."
Tonight this man walks the streets looking for work, the wind whistling through his threadbare coat. No one who knows him dare employ him, for he is a regular fire-brand of discontent. He is impervious to reason, and the only thing that can impress him is the toe of a thick-soled No. 9 boot.
Of course I know that one so morally deformed is no less to be pitied than a physical cripple; but in our pitying, let us drop a tear, too, for the men who are striving to carry on a great enterprise, whose working hours are not limited by the whistle, and whose hair is fast turning white through the struggle to hold in line dowdy indifference, slip-shod imbecility, and the heartless ingratitude, which, but for their enterprise, would be both hungry & homeless.
Have I put the matter too strongly? Possibly I have; but when all the world has gone a-slumming I wish to speak a word of sympathy for the man who succeeds- the man who, against great odds has directed the efforts of others, and having succeeded, finds there's nothing in it: nothing but bare board and clothes.
I have carried a dinner pail & worked for day's wages, and I have also been an employer of labor, and I know there is something to be said on both sides. There is no excellence, per se, in poverty; rags are no recommendation; & all employers are not rapacious and high-handed, any more than all poor men are virtuous.
My heart goes out to the man who does his work when the "boss" is away, as well as when he is at home. And the man who, when given a letter for Garcia, quietly take the missive, without asking any idiotic questions, and with no lurking intention of chucking it into the nearest sewer, or of doing aught else but deliver it, never gets "laid off," nor has to go on a strike for higher wages. Civilization is one long anxious search for just such individuals. Anything such a man asks shall be granted; his kind is so rare that no employer can afford to let him go. He is wanted in every city, town and village- in every office, shop, store and factory. The world cries out for such: he is needed, & needed badly- the man who can carry a message to Garcia.

The people of the Orient demand that the writer be like a bee always making honey. They are gluttonous for honey and prefer it to all other food.

The people of the Orient want their poet to burn himself as incense before their sultans The Eastern skies have become sickly with incense yet the people of the Orient have not had enough.

They as the world to learn their history, to study their antiquities, customs and traditions, and acquire their languages. The also expect those who know them not to repeat the words of Baidaba the Philosopher, Ben Rished, Ephraim Al-Syriani, and John of Damascus.

In brief, the people of the Orient seek to make their past a justification and a bed of ease. They shun positive thinking and positive teachings and any knowledge of reality that might sting them and awake them from their slumber.

The Orient is ill, but it has become so inured to its infinities that it has come to see them as natural and even noble qualities that distinguish them above the others. They consider one who lacks such qualities as incomplete and unfit for the divine gift of perfection.

Numerous are the social healers in the Orient, and many are their patients who remain uncured but appear eased of their ills because they are under the effects of social narcotics. But these tranquilizers merely mask the symptoms.

Such narcotics are distilled from many sources but the chief is the Oriental philosophy of submission to Destiny (the act of God). Another source is the cowardice of the social physicians who fear to aggravate pain by administration of drastic medicine.

Here are some examples of social tranquilizers:

A husband and wife, for substantial reasons, have found hate has replaced love between them. After long mutual torment they separate. Immediately their parents meet and work out some agreement for the reconciliation of the estranged couple. First they ply the wife with falsehoods, then they work on the husband wit similar deceits. Neither is convinced, but they are shamed into a pretense of peace. This cannot endure; soon the effects of the social narcotics have worn off, and the miserable pair return for further doses.

Or a group or party revolts against the despotic government and advocates political reforms to free the oppressed from their shackles. They distribute manifestos and deliver fiery speeches and publish stinging articles. But a month later, we hear that the government has either imprisoned the leader or silenced him by giving him an important position. And nothing more is heard.

Or a sect rebels against the religious leader, accusing him of misdeeds and threatening to adopt another religion, more humane and free of superstition. But shortly we hear that the wise men of the country have reconciled the shepherd and the flock, through the application of social narcotics.

When a weak man complains of oppression by a strong, his neighbor will quieten him. "Hush, the eye of the stubborn seer cannot withstand the blow of the spear."

When the villager doubts the holiness of the priest, he will be told, "Listen only to his teaching and disregard his shortcomings and misdeeds."

When the teacher rebukes a student, he will say, "The excuses that a lazy youth invents are often worse than the crime."

If a daughter refuses to adhere to her mother's customs the mother will say, "The daughter is not better than the mother; she should follow in her mother's footsteps."

Should a young man ask a priest to enlighten him about an ancient rite, the preacher will reprove him, "Son, he who does not look at religion with the eyes of Faith, will see nothing save mist and smoke."

Thus the Orient lies upon its soft bed. The sleeper wakes for an instant when stung by a fleas, and then resumes his narcotic slumber.

Whoever tries to awaken him is berated as a rude person who neither sleeps himself nor lets others sleep. Shutting their eyes again, they whisper into the ears of their souls, "He is an infidel poisoning the mind of youths and undermining the foundations of the ages."

Many times I have asked my soul, "Am I one of those awakened rebels who reject narcotics?" And my soul answered with cryptic words. But hearing my name and principles reviled, I was assured that I was awake and could count myself among those who do not surrender themselves to pipe dreams, that I belong with the strong-hearted who walk narrow and thorny paths where flowers are also to be found, amidst howling wolves -- and singing nightingales.

If awakening were a virtue, modesty would prevent me from claiming it. But it is not a virtue, but a reality that appears suddenly to those who have the strength to rise. To be modest in speaking truth is hypocrisy. Alas that the people of the Orient call it education.

I will not be surprised if the "thinkers" say of me, "He is a man of excess who looks upon life's seamy side and reports nothing but gloom and lamentation."

News that caught my attention, 11/3/11

A couple of news stories grabbed my attention today, and I can’t seem to get either off my mind.

The first story from the UPI relates how NATO is helping rebuild the Afghan air force. Isn’t that sweet?!

Maybe it’s just me and my simplistic way of looking at war, but for the life of me I cannot wrap my brain around the USA having any part in helping rebuild the Afghan air force. We still have troops being killed in Afghanistan. The last time I checked there was only one nation in that part of the world that the USA can trust, and it damned sure isn’t Afghanistan.

For an example of my simplistic way of looking at war I will inform everyone that I think ROE in war are the most asinine things I have ever heard of in my entire life.

Humans were endowed by our Creator with the ability to feel compassion and the ability to ignore that feeling. In the human experience of war it is quite apparent that the bad guys utilize the ability to ignore the feeling more than the good guys do, and ROE do not change that. What we end up with is advantage being given to the bad guys.

Our men and women on the ground in Afghanistan have been made practically impotent by the restrictive ROE placed on them by the pseudo president who is either a usurper or a traitor. Both high crimes which he should have already been arrested for, but once again my simplistic way of looking at things comes into play here.

At any rate, the USA helping to rebuild the Afghan air force is very angering to me in light of all the cuts in funding our military are facing.

It seems rather bizarre to me.

The other story was an editorial from the New York Times, and was a puff piece on Islam.

Nowhere in the opinion piece does the writer identify himself as a Muslim, but something tells me that he is, and this piece smacks of taqiyya all the way through.

What is it about liberals and the media in general that makes them totally blind to the very real Islamist threat all across the globe?

Political correctness is a disease and in great need of being eradicated at the sources.

Lord, help us all.

Anyone who reads this blog knows that recently I quit. I gave up. I had enough. Well, I am still fed up with politics and the government in Washington, DC, (WDC) but being silent is not my nature when I see things that are wrong.

There is plenty wrong in this country, and there is no doubt that everything that is wrong emanates from WDC and the spineless, corrupt individuals that “we the people” have entrusted to carry out the work necessary to keep our country solvent, safe, and intact.

The worst transgressions against our constitution and the people of this nation come directly from the White House, (WH) and the probably ineligible, definitely incompetent, unqualified, corrupt, pseudo president Barack Hussein Obama. The Congress and Judiciary are not far behind in incompetence and corruption.

The ridiculously insane Occupy Wall Street protests are just a manifestation of the entitlement attitude that has taken over this country at the instigation of the people who have taken it upon themselves to mock and censor “we the people” with the assistance of a completely complicit and self serving media.

Like many millions of other Americans I am completely disgusted and angry that people I have voted for are using politics to feather their own nests at great expense to our constitution and the hard working people who have made this nation the greatest place on the planet to live.

Our constitutional republic form of government has been practically demolished by the greed and hunger for power of the few who have managed to buy their way into unlimited terms of office with money provided by lobbyists and special interest groups.

It is past time for us to reintroduce these corrupt individuals to the most powerful special interest group, “we the people.”

Last November was a good start, but as we have all seen the people we worked so hard to get elected have turned their backs on us to continue business as usual in the halls of Congress.

On this Veterans Day, November 11, 2011, we are presented with the opportunity to join patriotic veterans and others in a march on WDC to display our anger in an orderly and peaceful manner quite unlike the unruly mobs who have taken up residence in parks and streets in cities all across this nation to protest against the very corporations which have made it possible for them to organize their pathetic displays of ignorance.

While I may not be able to make the trip to WDC I have donated to the cause and I support it with all my heart and soul.

Our veterans and the people who have spent their whole lives working and paying into the system are the only ones who are “entitled” to anything from the government. It behooves all patriotic Americans to support these people in whatever way we can.

To that end I ask all of you to please visit this site, make a donation, and if at all possible make plans to be there. We must take our country back, and it is quite obvious that we cannot do it by simply waiting for the next election to replace the corrupt individuals in our nation’s capitol who are hell bent on making us all totally dependent on an ever growing, increasingly corrupt government.

Make no mistake that the corruption and greed crosses the aisles of Congress. We can no longer blame only the liberal democrats for the mess this country is in because as we have seen even with a republican majority in the House of Representatives nothing is actually being done to remedy the situation.

I honestly don’t know how to address you people now. You are not American men. You are not honorable. You do not represent me, or anyone else in the state of Alabama. You are disgraces to the people of this state.

Lobbyists, Islamists, and other special interests own all of you, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

On your watches we have a person in the White House who is probably not eligible to be there, and he damned sure isn’t qualified.   You allow him to subvert the rule of law, and issue edicts in the form of Executive Orders with nary a peep out of any of you spineless, pathetic excuses for men. We have Muslim fricking advisers at all levels of our constitutional government doing everything within their power to destroy it, and we have a judiciary that is bowing to Islam at every turn. Courts in Texas and Florida are now using Shari’a law and referring cases to Islamic courts.

What the hell is wrong with you? Have you no American pride left? Do you seriously think that the citizens of this great nation are going to continue to stand by and watch this sickening display of greed and avarice by you and your partners in crime in Washington, DC?   If you do you are sorely mistaken.

After reading all the news I could stand this morning I have come to the conclusion that even though a lot of Americans are fed up with our nation's leaders they are perfectly happy with their half-assed efforts to effect change by sticking with the same old system which got us into this mess anyway.

The GOP is not listening to us. The government is not listening to us, and there is nothing we can do it seems except talk about what needs to be done. Nobody is actually doing anything.

UNACCEPTABLE - OWS Protesters being influenced and inspired by Muslims

OWS protesters have thus far been unable to rationalize, or even state clearly the goals of their movement, and now comes the news that they are being used by CAIR and other Muslim activists to further the goal of Islam which is to destroy America.

This image was taken from an article at World Net Daily which explains the link between the Muslim attorney in Florida who represented the parents of Rifqa Bary in their unsuccessful attempt to force her to remain true to her Muslim heritage after she converted to Christianity, and the OWS protests in Orlando, Florida.

This article at FEDERALJACK.COM explains the connection of Muslim, Ahmed Maher, to the OWS protesters in Washington DC.

After reading these articles if you still believe that the USA can coexist with Islam then you are out of your ever lovin' minds.

Islam and Shari'a Law are totally, unequivocally, incompatible with our Constitution, and if we do not take a stand on this issue we are doomed.

I urge everyone to check into the relationship of their chosen candidate for the upcoming presidential election and to rebuke any candidate who has any ties whatsoever to Muslims. I promise that it will narrow the field tremendously because most if not all of the sleazy bastards have some connection to the evil known as Islam.

Our constitutional republic cannot coexist with Islam. If we are to survive as a nation of free people we must rid our government of any and all Muslims from the lowest clerk to the highest office in the land. I'm back, but not on Facebook!

Yes, I am back, and everyone will notice that in my sidebar where my Facebook logo used to be there is a new one for The American Patriot Network.

Recently I was at Facebook reading all the posts by my conservative friends ranting about the hypocrisy of the OWS protesters who are there for all the world to see using the products of the very corporations they are protesting against when it dawned on me how hypocritical we are all being by staying on Facebook which is run by a bunch of liberals who want nothing more or less than to destroy the nation for which my father fought and died.

At that point I realized that my conscience would not allow me to stay there, so I left all the friends I had come to care for so much, and took a stand.

Evidently I am one of a very few who are crying out in the wilderness on this issue, but I will remain in the wilderness until everyone else wakes up and Facebook is a distant memory for conservatives everywhere.

One cannot expect anyone else to take them seriously when one continues to support the liberal machine, and make no mistake that is what every conservative who is on Facebook at this moment is doing.

So, where do we go from here? My very first blog post back when I started “Genie’s Dream” was political. It was about the fact that the man then “running” for president was obviously hiding something that could have had an adverse effect on the outcome of the election, and here we are more than 3 years down the road where nothing has changed except the condition of our economy, our Constitutional liberties, and our country’s long held position at the top of the world pecking order.

I don’t know where we go because quite frankly I don’t want to even think about all the criminal behavior “we the people” have let slide in our government, nor do I want to think about the criminals everyone is supporting for the next election.

Criminals, you ask? Yes. If it’s a career politician it’s a criminal, and nobody will change my mind about that fact.

I was hoping and praying for an announcement from John Bolton concerning the upcoming presidential election, but that has not materialized, and I refuse to support any of the candidates out there. I won’t. It is that simple for me. I will not vote for more of the same. If that means I don’t vote then so be it.

There is still the possibility that someone will step up who I can support, but I won’t hold my breath. I have written more letters to unresponsive “conservative” a**holes in Congress, and spoken out on issues more times than I care to count to no good end.

There is life that I would like to enjoy, but it is not possible when I have these urges to do bodily harm to the people who are destroying our nation from within. It might be time for a long term disconnection from all of this nonsense, and just live in ignorant bliss for the rest of my days. The temptation is very strong now that I live in a place where it’s possible to do that.

I will let y’all know as soon as I decide.

For Better or Worse, I'm Back

Sometimes life just sucks. There is simply no other way to put it, but luckily for most of us it doesn’t always suck. Then there are those times in everyone’s life when things seem to be in suspended animation. Those periods can last from hours to years depending on the circumstances. Sometimes we are aware of it, yet other times we are not, so when we come back to reality it can be quite a shock to the system, and folks who happen to be present often pay a high price for being there.

My life has been in that state of “suspended animation” for the last 3 years, but the landing on this side of that place was made soft and safe with the assistance of many angels along the way. No names need be mentioned. They know who they are, and they know that they each carry a piece of my heart wherever they go throughout eternity. God bless those earthly angels.

I was absolutely terrified of this place before I got here because let’s face it, there’s not much demand for a disabled, overweight, 56 year old woman who has done nothing except be a wife and mother for the last 16 years, but you know what? Now that I am here I see nothing except possibilities. I am sitting in my own little house on my own property that nobody can take away from me. I have some time to figure out how to support myself, and I have a very strong desire to not become another recipient of our government’s entitlement programs.

Because of the extreme nature of this bizarre malady called fibromyalgia, and the fact that I seem to have been blessed with every symptom that it offers there is no way that I can commit to a full time job, or even a regularly scheduled part-time job. I simply won’t ask an employer to make allowances for me at the expense of other employees. I guess that means I better get to exploring all of the “possibilities.”

This blog has been sitting here idle for so long mostly due to the circumstances of my life, but partly because it has been a political blog, and I am to the point where I think we should kill all the politicians and let God sort ‘em out. (It’s just a figure of speech, Big Sis. I promise.)

Seriously, can anyone tell me what politics has to do with governance? Politics is a criminal activity which has no place in good government. Those people who have been duly elected by the citizens of this country have taken a near perfect form of government and turned it into a criminal enterprise at grave expense to our Constitution, and thus our freedoms.

Our government was not designed for career employment. The term “civil servant” has absolutely no meaning, and hasn’t for far too long. It’s way past time to return the meaning of that term, and fill all elected positions with the “civil servants” for which it was designed. There must be term limits set on all offices. The outrageous pensions and lifetime perks those criminals have awarded themselves need to cease to exist retroactively. It’s only as complicated as people want to make it. It is as simple as throwing out everything that falls outside of the parameters set by that wonderful document the Founders left us which specifically sets limits on our government not on our citizenry. You know the one - the Constitution of the United States of America. Yeah, that one.

What is it going to take, people? We have nothing resembling what that document outlines in Washington, DC. Nothing.

What we have is an administration, Congress, and Judiciary which are being influenced by foreign cultures and laws, and some insane notion that this country is a democracy. The minorities which have benefited from decades of government handouts are no longer minorities and are using the democratic process to continue to elect the people who will continue to issue the monthly checks for not working and paying into the system which supports their sorry a**es. It’s time to stop. Just stop. If riots ensue, so be it. The Second Amendment will take care of that.

It is time for the government to get the hell out of the way and let the people of this great nation go back to work making the products and performing the services which have been outsourced to third world countries due to manipulation by politicians whose grip on reality leaves much to be desired.

New Ramblings

Hello there. It’s been a while, and I miss writing my blog, but you know how life just really sucks everything out of you sometimes? Well, it’s been sucking everything out of me for the last 3 years.

The good news is that everything seems to be getting better, and I am optimistic about the changes in my life. That said, I would like to talk a little about the looming election of the next POTUS. We haven’t had one since January 20, 2009, and I do think it’s rather important that we get it right this time around.

Barry Obama, aka Barry Soetero, aka Barack Obama, aka Barack Hussein Obama has not met a single requirement for the presidency before or since he was elected. He is a fraud and a criminal who needs to be arrested along with the DOJ, and the entire 110th Congress. Anyone who is found to have known about his ineligibility who wielded the power to do something about it, but failed to do so is an accomplice to the crime which has been committed against our nation. It’s as simple and as complicated as that.

I am of the mindset that it is a very simple thing to accomplish, but the repercussions would not be a simple thing to deal with on a national scale. Would it be worth the repercussions? To me and many, many others the answer is “yes.” Any way one looks at it we are going to have an election. In the event that the election is held as an emergency because there is nobody running the store each state will elect new “real” representatives of the people and a new POTUS.

We do have law in this land, and it is called the Constitution. It does not give power to our government contrary to popular belief in Washington, DC. It limit’s the powers of the government, and those a**wipes who call themselves our representatives know that the law of the land has been violated many times over by this administration while they just sit idly by violating their oaths of office as well.

The main damage that has been done by this administration is seen by many to be the economy, but I don’t agree. The main damage that has been done and is still occurring is to our national security, our military, our veterans, and our senior citizens.

It is our government’s job to ensure national security and maintain our military. It is not their jobs to support its citizens from cradle to grave, nor to support or own private corporations, banks, or unions.

The upcoming election is very important. We need strong leadership which realizes the limits set on it, and understands the necessity for a strong national defense system as well as an unbeatable military force.

I have admired Ambassador John R. Bolton for many years, and have wanted him to run for president for the last 2 elections. Some months back he indicated that he was considering running for the office, and more recently stated that he is still considering it for the reasons I have mentioned regarding national security and the military.

John Bolton is a brilliant man, an engaging speaker and he believes that the Constitution is the highest authority in the land. That is very refreshing to me. I don’t recall when I first put a banner at the top of my blog for Ambassador Bolton as POTUS in 2012, but it was quite a while before he ever mentioned publicly that he was considering throwing his hat in the ring. Yes, I believe that strongly that he is the man our country needs at the helm in these trying times.

I have been catching some flak from a few folks who tell me that I might as well vote for Obama if I support John Bolton because he is unelectable. I have told these people in no uncertain terms that I will not support another career politician for POTUS. Besides, the RNC has not chosen its candidate yet, and so far every single one they have hyped has been “the” one I “must” throw my support behind. Romney, Newt, Christie, and Paul? No, no, no, and no. I will not support any of them. Now comes Rick Perry. No. Why? Romney is a career politician, and supports government mandated health insurance, and I just don’t like his slickness, okay? Newt is a career politician, I don’t trust him, okay? Christie is a Muslim sympathizer, okay? Paul is, well, a career politician who is batsh*t crazy in my opinion. He does have some great ideas, but the whole package scares the heck out of me, and he is supported by Muslims, okay? Rick Perry supported Al Gore. Do I really have to say anything about his connections to high level members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Just how much of Mr. Perry do they own? Okay? There you have it. That is my take on the wonderful bunch of losers the RNC is entertaining thoughts of nominating for POTUS.

Do not mistake my determination for “idealism.” Do not mistake my unflinching resolve for stubbornness, and never, never, question my loyalty.

I do not owe allegiance to the Democrats, nor to the Republicans. I will support the candidate I determine to be the best choice.

I owe allegiance to my God, my family, my friends, and my country.

Jeff Sessions Changes Spin on Eligibility Issue

It’s been a while. I hope all my readers are doing well in these tough times.

I have been rather preoccupied with my life for the last couple of years, and have not posting as I would like. Hopefully that will change in the next few months.

I am taking the time today to post 2 separate letters from one of my so-called representatives in the Senate, Jeff Sessions. (R-AL)

I have been hounding him mercilessly since 2008 regarding the eligibility of the pseudo president, and those who have read my posts know that back in April I received a letter from Jeff (several times) with his statement that the pseudo president had met all the requirements for the presidency according to the State Department. I sent that quote to World Net Daily (WND) You can see the quote here.

Interestingly, Jeff could not be reached for comments about it, but he obviously got the message that WND had posted his statement because I received another letter from him today with a totally different spin regarding the eligibility question.

I hate to tell him that simply changing the words in his form letters is not good enough for me and a vast number of American citizens, but I will. We are not that stupid, and I am really tired of our governmental employees assuming that we are that stupid.

I will be forwarding both letters to WND, and hopefully they will do another story about this problem we are having with our governmental employees who are complicit in the cover up of this issue. I am realistic enough to know that WND gets at least a few more readers than does my little neglected blog, and that the citizens of this country deserve to know what is going on in our capitol.

We must remove that man from office. He should not be allowed to complete this term. All of those in Congress and the state of Hawaii who have been complicit need to be removed from their offices as well. They have all violated their oaths of office because we are all aware that they know Obama is most likely constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of POTUS.

We must keep the pressure on about this fraud being covered up by so many.

Really??!! People actually believe this is a real unaltered photograph??!! Um, no.

Let me be clear - I am not an expert, but I do have some experience at altering photos. I Googled "images of Obama kissing his wife," and "images of David Cameron kissing his wife." The composite you see below is something I put together from the images I found. It took less than 5 minutes at paint.net by an amateur to demonstrate how that photo was made:

Admittedly the photo of Cameron is not the exact photo used in the image at christwire, but the one of Obama is definitely from one of him kissing Misshell, and this clearly demonstrates that a person skilled in Photoshop could easily create the image at christwire.

Would it be possible to stop this nonsense? How does crap like this do anything other than make a lot of grown people look like idiots?

We cannot remove that man from office because of his sexual perversions real or imagined. You see how well that worked with Slick Willy, don't you?

Christwire should offer a retraction of this story or mark it as very poor satire, and those of you who believed it was real need serious reality checks.

Since 9/11 Americans have been ever watchful and fearful of another attack similar to the outrage of that day. It hasn’t come. Nothing of that magnitude on our shores, anyway.

While we have all been preoccupied with the threat of another attack from without there has been and insidious attack going on from within with not much in the way of resistance to stop it. As a matter of fact, due in large part to politically correct, multi-cultural nonsense espoused by many who have been in control in Washington, DC, we now have Saudi funded Islamic schools within the borders of the USA which teach that honor killings are perfectly acceptable, we have Shari’a courts taking cases referred from state courts in Texas and Florida, (yes, I know it is mostly arbitration, but that is beside the point) and we have Muslim “advisers” unhindered by Congress at all levels of the government from the Pentagon to the White House.

Consider the ridiculous ROE that our brave warriors have to abide by in the Middle East, particularly in Afghanistan. Consider that our female warriors are being encouraged to wear head scarves on patrol in Afghanistan instead of protective headgear, and that they are doing it. Consider the billions of dollars that our government cannot afford to be contributing to the construction of mosques worldwide that they are contributing anyway. Consider the mosque at Ground Zero controversy. Consider the Million Muslim march planned for Independence Day in Washington, DC. Is this just to incite angry protests as an excuse for violence? That is their modus operandi, after all. Lastly, consider the history of Islam and the Koran.

When considering all of these things realize that the so-called terrorists/jihadists are doing nothing more than what the Koran dictates that they do, and the very real possibility that all those so-called “moderate” Muslims in our government, in our institutions of higher learning, and in our communities many of whom have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood are probably doing the same thing by Taqiyya.

Unless “we the people” wish to live in Dhimmitude there needs to be a massive push back against the politically correct BS which has placed this nation in such great peril. Contact your employees in Washington, DC, and let them know that kowtowing to Islam is unacceptable, that Islam does not get its own court system separate from US courts, and that the barbaric practices of Muslims against their own for apostasy, and perceived other infractions such as adultery and rape will not be tolerated. Who can possibly believe that stoning a woman to death for being raped is justice? Time and again I get return mail from Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) telling me that I should respect Islam, but that does not stop me. I keep sending correspondence informing him of the evils of Islam. Just keep hammering at your federal employees about this until they either get it or they are run out of office.

Actually her program is to legalize drugs, build reeducation camps, bring back the guillotine and pay Muslims not to shoot at Israelis (aren't we doing this already, it isn't working). As part of her Green Tea Party program, she also pledges to redesign "the matrix of the stock market", stop the twelve or sixty evil Jews who run the world, and "make heaven on earth for every child within one year".

I think Gary Johnson and Ron Paul just got their VP. But Roseanne wants Cynthia McKinney to be her running mate. Cynthia McKinney though seems to want Kaddafi to be her running mate. But sooner or later this will all get sorted out. And at least she has a birth certificate.

As noted, this is a quote from a letter I have received from Senator Jeff Sessions 3 times within the last 10 days in reference to 3 separate emails I sent to him.

My question to him is simple. When did they amend the Constitution to allow the State Department to set the requirements for the presidency? Very straightforward, don't you think? Me too.

Evidently having his own words come back to haunt him on Facebook is a little more than he can stand because I posted them on his page with that very question, and darned if he didn't remove the post and block me again. I recently opened a new Facebook account because of problems I was having with apps, so I have been able to post on his page again. Next he will block my email address so that I cannot contact him that way either. Great representation we've got, isn't it?

Well, I can't post on his page, but I can still post on mine, and I can still write at this blog (for the moment, anyway) to let folks know what this so-called conservative Republican thinks of our Constitution.

I don't have a problem admitting I made a mistake. I feel like an idiot, but I will survive, and I will get new glasses as soon as I can afford them. The address in question is not the hospital address. It is the mother's.

The layering is not a mistake, however. The document is a fake.

So, after nearly 3 years Obama decides to release his long form birth certificate. Interesting.

On April 11, 2011, Chiyome Fukino told MSNBC that the document Obama released in 2008 is the only document anyone gets when they request a copy of their original birth certificate. (BC) This was an outright lie because people have as recently as last month received long form BCs from the state of Hawaii. See here. Almost simultaneously the state of Hawaii reported that it was indeed the law of the state to not release copies of anyone's long form BC, but that it had not been enforced. The state also reported that the law would be enforced from now on.

This document released by the White House has the date April 25, 2011, on it.

Reckon the ink is dry on this one?

A couple of years ago I followed a friend to FaceBook, (FB) and was surprised that they made it so easy to connect to people with similar interests. I became addicted. I guess it's fair to say that I am a non recovering FB addict.

That may change soon. FB is quite different now than it was when I first joined. I recently deactivated my original account because I was having so much trouble from applications I had used, and was simply frustrated at not being able to clear all those problems.

Unfortunately, I did not realize how difficult it was going to be to reconnect with my friends. I have had moderate success, but am still shy about two thirds of my original friends. The process has become unbelievably difficult due to what I like to call FB's new ROE.

I can understand the new rules as applied to the younger FB users, but applied to adults they border on ridiculous. We are adults, for heaven's sake. We do not need FB interfering with our abilities to make or reject friend requests. It is as easy as saying "no" to someone who one does not wish to communicate with, and blocking them if they don't get the message. I don't know about y'all, but I stopped needing parental supervision about 40 years ago.

We all know that FB is run by folks with a liberal bias, so the fact that they want to control who we communicate with on their so-called "social" network should come as no surprise.

There is rampant virus sharing going on in tagged items, and pages espousing hatred for Israel, Jews, and Christians are left to gather as many members as possible while accounts are being hacked every day. From this perspective it does not seem that FB is as concerned with these things as they are with denying folks access to people with similar interests. One friend mentioned that it's a good idea to have a hard copy of one's friend list to make it easier to reconnect if one should have to delete an account which is good advice especially for those with large lists, but when FB won't even allow one to send a request because one does not know the person already it sort of defeats the purpose of social networking, and makes that list useless.

If one does not want to lose the friends on their list one needs to reconsider deactivating their account until such time that FB realizes that we are adults and are capable of making informed decisions about who we will communicate with on the network.

I have made a complaint about this to FB, but it is going to take more than me to encourage FB to go back to their original ROE.

I do hope that every time anyone attempts to send a friend request and FB shows a dialog box stating that the request cannot be sent because they do not "know" the recipient that they will click on the "help" link then click on the "other" button and explain to FB how asinine the ROE is. It's the only way they will get the message. If enough people do this it may cause the powers that be at FB to rethink this limitation on its users.

In the agonizing days and months after September 11, there was still a clear moral compass. We understood who the enemy was and we didn’t care how we treated him. But as the memory faded, the moral compass faded into guilt and sympathy for the enemy. We stopped thinking in terms of kill ratios and turned it all into a nation building exercise. We forgot that we were there to kill terrorists, and decided that we were there to turn them into model citizens instead.

It is known that I have a problem with the American Conservative Union (ACU) because of the inclusion of Suhail Kahn on the board of directors. It is also known that the reason for this is because Suhail Kahn is a Muslim with direct ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. He has no business being a member of any political organization in this country.

That is my opinion, and I won't back down from it.

Now comes the great news that the ACU is conducting a telephone campaign to collect funding for political ads which question the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the highest office in the land.

I was just about to throw in the towel on politics because I now see that our so-called representatives are no such thing. If there are any members of Congress who actually do represent their constituencies they are few and far between, and they would be part of the new members elected in November, 2010, because everyone who was in Congress when Barack Obama was elected and allowed to move into the White House is guilty as sin of abetting the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the America people.

Not one of them, Republican, Democrat, or Independent, can claim ignorance of the issue because many Americans let their so-called representatives know that "we the people" wanted this man to prove his eligibility by producing his birth certificate many months prior to his historic election as the first black POTUS. Not only prior to the election, but also since he was given the platform from which to direct the total destruction of the greatest nation on earth.

He may be inept in a lot of things, but his knack for doing things which cause irreparable harm to the Republic for which we stand is not lacking in any way.

The ACU has been a force in conservative politics in America since 1964. If the ACU deems this a "legitimate issue" to be investigated, chances are that more establishment types will take notice and not be so quick to pooh-pooh the very legitimate questions regarding Barack Obama's eligibility status.

If you receive one of their solicitation calls I urge you to listen to the message, and donate to the cause if you can.

How do I know this, you might ask? I was the constituent censored, so I have firsthand knowledge of the event.

Yesterday I read this post and this one. It was very informative reading and I found it necessary to share with my so-called representative the truth about the BC issue. Since Mr. Sessions has a page at Facebook I decided to use that as the vehicle to send the message, so that not only Mr. Sessions would be informed, but everyone who visited his page would be as well.

This is the document I shared:

As anyone can plainly see there is nothing on this document which is not the truth which is why I was puzzled and disappointed that by evening yesterday the post had been removed. Understanding that it was within the realm of possibility that it had been removed accidentally by his staff or by Facebook I posted it again early in the evening.

You know what? It obviously was no mistake that it had been removed because this morning not only was it gone, but I found that I have been blocked from posting anything on Mr. Sessions' page.

I will be the first to admit that Mr. Sessions has the right to remove offensive material from his Facebook page, and even those things he disagrees with, but it is not a wise thing to do in this situation because he appears to be condoning the illegal means by which Obama ascended to the Oval Office.

What is exceptionally mind boggling about this issue is that so many people are involved in protecting a man who is obviously unqualified to do the job for which he was elected, and that the Republicans are just as guilty as the Democrats.

People are continually pointing to Chiyome Fukino's statements that she has seen Obama's original BC, and that it is on file in the state of Hawaii. The point they miss is that Ms. Fukino never once stated that it is a Hawaiian BC which is on file. The fact is that many people over the years who were not born there have gotten a Hawaiian BC because the state of Hawaii would issue them if one person stated that the child was born there without any proof whatsoever. In order to know the truth about Obama's birthplace the long form BC must be released. Nothing on the "Certification of Live Birth" Obama produced in June of 2008 proves he was born in the state of Hawaii, and the validity of that document is in question anyway. There have been at least 2 professionals who have stated that the document is a fake.

How much longer are "we the people" going to tolerate this massive fraud being perpetrated on our country? It is a very big deal that the so-called president may not be eligible for the office he holds.

I don't know the answer to the problem, but ignoring it in the hopes it will go away is obviously not going to work. It's not going away because there are many of us who do not accept that we have to live with the results of the 2008 election when there are so many unanswered questions regarding Obama's eligibility.

This issue needs to be put to rest once and for all, but don't expect Obama or Congress to do anything towards that end.

I sent a message to the Rutherford Institute regarding the ACS, and how I plan not to comply with this invasion of my privacy to find out just what my options are. I thought I would share the response I got in case anyone else has decided to ignore the ACS. If you need to contact the Rutherford Institute you can follow the link in the sidebar to find their website and contact information.

Dear Ms. Smith:

We received your message regarding the American Community Survey (ACS for short) and your objections to responding to the government’s request for information. We take your objections to the ACS very seriously. Federal statute does require persons to respond to the ACS, but we believe the ACS is subject to a legal challenge on the basis that it is not authorized by the Constitution and because it is an unwarranted invasion of the privacy of individuals. However, these arguments have not yet been tested in court because the government has not (to our knowledge) brought or threatened a prosecution for a failure to respond to the questions. Under federal court standing rules, a citizen challenge to the ACS could be brought only if the government makes a specific threat of prosecution. If you do receive a specific threat of prosecution as a result of your response (or lack thereof) to the ACS, please let us know. We may be able to provide legal assistance for you.

I am one of the lucky folks who have received the American Community Survey from the lovely people at the Census Bureau which threatens me with a fine and/or jail if I do not comply.

After reading it I have decided that I will not comply. The Census Bureau has no rational reason to ask these asinine and intrusive questions. It is an unconstitutional invasion of my privacy, plain and simple.

Exactly how is knowing how many flush toilets I have in my house going to help the Census Bureau with its count of citizens? How is knowing whether I have difficulty climbing stairs or bathing going to help the Census Bureau with its count of citizens, and why am I receiving anything from the Census Bureau in 2011?

The regular census form was received and returned last year as it should have been. There is no constitutional authority for this survey.

I may end up fined and/or jailed, but I will not submit to this unconstitutional act.

Donald Trump has been making a lot of noise in the mainstream media lately regarding Barack Obama's eligibility which is a good thing, but methinks he does it for self promotion purposes. He's getting a lot of free publicity. Hey, he doesn't stay so wealthy by being stupid. The kind of press he has been getting would cost a fortune if he was paying for it.

My beliefs and attitudes have evolved from the time when I was certain Obama was born in Kenya to something a little more conservative, but I still do not think he is eligible. I don't have a clue where he was born because I have never seen an actual birth certificate. If his real birth certificate indeed lists Barack Obama, Sr. as his father he is not eligible because he was self admittedly born with British citizenship, (Dreams from My Father) and I don't believe one with a foreign citizenship at birth can be a natural born citizen. How is that even possible?

If as Jack Cashill suggests in his book Deconstructing Obama, his father was Frank Marshall Davis then he is not eligible because he obtained the nomination by fraud.

Either way we do owe the Donald a debt of gratitude for forcing the issue onto the national stage via the mainstream media which has been in the tank for Obama since day one.

Let's just don't get carried away and give him the White House because of it.

95 Year Old WWII Vet has to Prove Citizenship?

I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would see something like this in our country, but here it is for all the world to read.

What in the world is going on when a 95 year old veteran of the second World War has to prove his citizenship, but the so-called president does not? Not only that, but the good folks at the passport office told him he could face deportation and loss of benefits if he pursued it.

My question is this: Deport him to where?

He is an American. Are they going to deport him to the moon? Good grief!!

This great American needs help, and not the pathetic give him some forms to fill out for free because he's a vet crap that U.S. Sen. Patty Murray, (D-Wash) did for him.

Please contact your congresspeople on behalf of Leeland Davidson, and help this man get his proof of citizenship before he dies.

Upon seeing the photographs released yesterday of US soldiers posing with dead Afghanis I was initially disgusted and ashamed of our military, but to get an idea of what veterans might think of them I sent a message to my friend Chris Watson. After reading what Chris wrote I have amended my attitude about those photographs, and I felt it necessary to share what caused me to change my mind. My friend is a veteran who has done battle with jihadists in the Middle East, so he has a better understanding of what soldiers deal with over there than I ever will:

I personally think that the photos should be shown. I know that sounds controversial but here are my reasons:

I think the jihadists need to see that we kick ass and take names period. They use our dead bodies as trophies too... war is Hell. It is brutal. People will die and the goal is to make more of them die than us. The enemy needs to know that if they raise arms against us, they will die.

The real issue here is this question.. "what is the end game?" That is to say, how does this war end? If the enemy is willing to die and will never surrender and will not stop trying to kill our civilians in terrorist attacks until we cease to exist, then there is only one option that remains. That only remaining option is to kill them or completely subjugate them... period. Similar but not exactly like the fanatical Japanese during WWII.

If arm-chair soldiers back in the states are offended by these pictures then they are welcome to go do the fighting and see if they conduct themselves differently when faced with an enemy that will chop their bodies into pieces and drag them through the streets.

As well, if American civilians are offended by the brutality of war then they should find a way to not start them , or finish them once someone else starts one.

As far as using these pictures to recruit Muslims to the jihadist cause? I don't think these or even GITMO make a bit of difference. I say that because there were hundreds of thousands of terrorists trained and ready to go before 9-11 which was before GITMO or even occupation of Iraq or Afghanistan. The enemy has been training throughout out the world for this fight for at least the last 30 years since Carter was president. We only started to fight back after 9-11.

So, what is the end game? In reality there are only four outcomes:

1.) The jihadist will ultimately be militarily defeated and all eliminated from the planet, leaving only the so called "peaceful" Muslims to coexist with Christians and Jews.

2.) The Jihadist will surrender, put down their arms and live in peace. (not a very likely scenario)

3.) America will give up militarily to try to defeat the jihadists. We will withdraw forces from the Middle East and the enemy will gain the resources of the region to bring the fight to America. (this would be a condition much like existed just before 9-11)

4) America will give up the fight completely and submit to Shari’a law and cease to exist as a world power. We will have abandoned our Constitution at least in principal, and simply live with terrorism and accept that a certain number of civilians will die every year as the price of peace. The worst part of this last scenario is that eventually, if left unchecked, the enemy WILL eventually get their hands on a nuclear weapon. (most probably from Pakistan which is also on the brink of collapse and is steadily slipping into jihadist hands) Pakistan has at least 30 Hiroshima size nukes.

There is one more possible outcome: The 5th possible outcome could be that the middle East adopts some form of limited government democracy that is not corrupt to the core and they become an economic viable region. Having more prosperity they could decide that life is worth living, and throw down their arms and educate themselves and raise their standards of living.

Choosing this option, which is basically what Bush's goal for the region was, is the best option for everyone, however, I don't think it is likely given the nature of our enemy. They are completely fanatical and they will stop at nothing. The only thing that will really stop them is a bullet. That soldier posing with his prey knows this too. That is why he is so proud of his kill. He knows that the enemy would have done the same to him without compunction and without remorse. With pride and adulation the enemy would have yelled Allahu Akbar, fired his rifle in the air high-fived his buddies, and taken a picture and shared it at the family reunion. It's just war - nothing more, nothing less.

One "Conservative" Senator's Blindness to the Threat of Islam in America

Dear Mrs. Battle:

Thank you for your recent letter. I appreciate your taking the time to share your concerns regarding this matter with me.

We live in a nation that is built upon the rights guaranteed by our Constitution, including the right to free speech protected by the First Amendment, but we are also a nation with a strong tradition of religious acceptance and tolerance. These values of freedom and tolerance are in marked contrast to extremists in the Muslim world who have engaged in violent protests and murders in response to speech with which they personally objected.

It is true that in many places Shari'a law - a strict Islamic religious code - is used to justify repression and violence. As our nation confronts the threat of Islamic terrorism, we do need to have an honest conversation about extremists(sic) adherents(sic) to Shari'a law. But at the same time we need to recognize the diverse factions that exist within the Muslim faith. There are many moderate Muslims in the world who reject extremism and who are in fact themselves victims of oppressive Shari'a doctines.

We need to vigorously confront the threat of extremism at home and abroad, while preserving the values and liberties that make our country so great and unique. Moreover, I realize that I am not able to explain every act in the world, however, I do know the difference between right and wrong. I feel that every American has a moral obligation to uphold the highest respect for others faith, regardless of what religion they choose to believe in or practice.

The above is a letter dated March 10, 2011, which I received from Senator Jeff Sessions for the second time yesterday.

Next to being lied to, being patronized is the thing I hate most in this world. Being patronized with a form letter repeatedly is just about more than I can stand.

While I realize that Senator Jeff Sessions probably did not respond personally to my recent missives, he is responsible for what comes out of his office as a United States Senator.

When I write a letter and receive a response which does not answer my questions or give me the information I seek I usually write again. When I write again and receive the same letter I received as response to the first one I tend to get a little angry and frustrated especially if what I am inquiring about is of the utmost importance, and the request is written to an elected official who in theory is supposed to represent my interests as a citizen of the USA.

Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama has a terrible habit of using form letters that he sends out in response to citizens’ inquiries. That would be ok if the letters actually addressed the issues the citizen wrote about to begin with, but unfortunately they usually do not. Senator Sessions is very adept at politics, and using the written word to pacify his constituency instead of actually responding to the issues in question. This is unacceptable.

I recently wrote to Senator Sessions, Senator Shelby, and Representative Mike Rogers regarding Islam in America, and the threat it poses to our culture and our freedoms. Since Senator Sessions' office was the only one to respond, and his response was not adequate I wrote back explaining in more detail my concerns including the fact that there is already and Islamic court in Houston, Texas which receives referrals from the Texas courts when Muslims are involved in the proceedings. This court has been operating in Houston since at least 2003, and must be shut down.

If Muslims cannot adhere to our laws and use our court system they need to leave. It is as simple as that.

Our Constitution and form of government is not compatible with Shari’a law, and we must not continue to allow the usurpation of our laws by Islam. If this continues to be allowed we might as well go ahead and don the burqas and be subjugated because that is where we are headed. It will be a lot easier on us if we just do it now instead of waiting to be forced into it by Islamists later.

Islam is here, and is stealthily chipping away at our Constitution with the complete and utter failure of our politically correct officials to do anything about it. “We the people” must take a stand, and demand that Islam be stopped in America before we are confronted with the same problems being experienced in England and many places in Europe. We have already had “honor killings” in our country which are completely legal under Shari’a, but abhorrent to our beliefs and culture. We cannot stand idly by and allow political correctness and tolerance to destroy the greatest nation on earth.

Please take the time today to contact your elected officials in Washington regarding Islam in America. Let it be known that we do not and will not accept the evils of this culture in our country. Do it for our children and grandchildren, and for the freedoms so many have sacrificed their lives to keep.

Has it occurred to anyone else that the problems we are experiencing are a direct result of trying to run a republic like a democracy? The structure the Founders left us does not support democracy. The USA is a constitutional republic. We really need to retain that because democracies don't last 234 years and counting.

The quote used as the title of this post is from Benjamin Franklin. He made the remark at the end of the Constitutional Convention when asked what form the new government would take. Sadly, the Republic is dying a slow and painful death.

Intervention by "we the people" is needed soon. I'm sure y'all remember "we the people." We are the ones the Constitution was written for, and we have allowed those who have been elected over the years to subvert its meaning at the whim of government.

There were high hopes for the new breed of representatives entering Congress last November, but for me it has waned. The problems begin when they get a taste of the privilege we have allowed them. They stopped being representatives when they started giving themselves raises,top shelf benefits, and made careers out of public service. From that moment on they have been nothing more or less than elected thugs.

Let’s get one thing straight. I do not hate the people who by happenstance are born Muslim. I do not hate the ones who are grown, but have been rendered ignorant by a life under the oppressive rule of Islam.

I will, however, confess to being human and having a great deal of hatred in my heart for those who are capable of discerning right from wrong, but contend that if it is written in the Koran it is right no matter how barbaric and cruel it is.

The truly unfortunate thing is that the educated of Islam use the ignorant to wage their unholy wars against all that is not Islam, therefore, those unfortunate souls are the enemy as well.

Yes, enemy. Never for one second believe the media BS, nor the political BS regarding Islam.

Read the history of that wretched disease. Read the Koran. Find out all you can about how the system of Islam works. It is not a religion. Pay attention when someone speaks out against it because it is not something we will hear much until we start demanding the unvarnished truth, and seeking that truth for ourselves.

Rep. Peter King, (R-NY) is a brave and wise man to be investigating the radicalization of Muslims in America, albeit a little late.

Human nature being what it is there seems to be an abundance of folks who want to continue giving Islam and its followers the benefit of the doubt, but all good reason and common sense dictates that we should abandon that path and begin thinking defensively.

Islam was begun in the mind of a pedophile with violence the means to the ends always. Its goal is world domination as written in that unholy book they worship, and the undoing of everything we cherish about our culture and our lives is at stake.

We cannot continue to cede our liberties to Muslims in America, and expect to have any kind of desired future for our children and grandchildren. Make no mistake that every little victory Islam gets at the expense of our constitution is another nail in the coffin of our republic.

I have long stated that there are no “moderate” Muslims, and that by its very nature Islam is “radical,” but I’m just a southern redneck woman, so nobody pays much attention to what I say. Hopefully folks will pay attention to Lt. Col. Allan West, and the writer of this article, Amil Imani when they speak out. It is imperative that all Americans be made aware of the threat posed by Islam to our country.

There are other voices speaking out, but we won’t see too many of them on the evening news because the media is complicit in the misinformation being spread by groups such as CAIR, ISNA, and others.

When Muslims obfuscate the real goals of Islam it is called Taqiyya. When the American media obfuscates the real goals of Islam it is called treason.

One of the things I admired the most about Sarah Palin was the fact that she spoke her mind even when the McCain machine was telling her to lay off of Obama's questionable associations and suspiciously sparse history, which amounts to only that which he has told. Sadly, even that information has shown major inconsistencies requiring websites to be scrubbed and altered to fit the latest version as told by Obama.

It appears now that the barracuda has had a devolution to the guppy who can only swim along with the politically correct school of thought. Too bad for Sarah, and for all her rabid supporters.

In my humble opinion she needs to dump the costly "handlers," and go back to just being Sarah, though serious damage has already been done.

For me, this speaks to her credibility as a presidential candidate, and whether this is truly a change of heart, or because of undue pressure from the PC police really makes no difference. It shows a lack of conviction on a very real issue, and to imply that the eligibility of the POTUS doesn't "matter" shows a gross disrespect for our constitution.

At a time when we really need to be demanding that this issue be resolved for better or worse we get these "refudiations" of birthers from the likes of Karl Rove, and Sarah Palin. I think they should put their money to better use than spending it on campaigns because they are seriously underestimating the number of natural born citizens who want the answer so that we can repair the damage either way, and get on with what Sarah refers to as "what really matters."
